All products contain earning points in three different forms: Point Value (PV), Bonus Points (BP), and Trading Points (TP).

These points will be utilized in the calculation of a distributor's income.

The PV is calculated as follows:

  • In addition to Retail Profit, Rebromax's compensation plan includes a multi-layer income plan. The company has assigned a Point Value (PV) for the calculation of incentives in this income plan.

BONUS POINTS (BP):

Bonus Points are determined based on the following criteria:

  • Products that may not offer any retail profit.
  • Products with high points and are used daily (e.g., groceries).
  • Distributors can purchase these products for their own consumption.

TRADING POINTS (TP):

The Trading Point value is determined as follows:

  • Products can be referred to other consumers, allowing distributors to earn trading points.

Distributor

  • Distributor is the initial level designation.
  • Distributor registration is entirely free.
  • Distributors have the option to purchase products for personal consumption.
  • Distributors can buy and sell products to generate retail profit.
  • Distributors can also refer products to others to earn income from it.
  • A distributor who purchases initial package products worth 1000 BP will be eligible for Rebromax's DSDP (DAILY SALES DAILY PAYOUT) PLAN.
  • A distributor who maintains 750 PV per month will receive income from Rebromax's Compensation plan.
  • A distributor who maintains 1500 PV per month will be eligible to receive both compensation plan income and participate in the Royalty Selection Programme.

REBROMAX’S EXCLUSIVE DSDP INCOME PLAN

The DSDP (Daily Sales Daily Payout) plan is a compensation program created specifically for Rebromax distributors. Here's an overview of the plan and its key features:

Earning Potential

Rebromax distributors have the opportunity to earn significant income through the DSDP scheme.

Income Source:

Distributors earn income by purchasing products for their own use and for resale to others.

Daily Sales Basis:

Income is calculated based on daily sales, providing a daily payout.

Genealogy-Based Income:

All group members in the genealogy have access to this income, which is based on the daily sales of their downline members.

Level/Generation Basis:

Income is determined based on sales within the genealogy, up to a maximum of 10% over 10 levels or generations, subject to meeting certain conditions.

Weekly Settlement:

Income from daily sales is calculated over the entire week and is settled at the end of the week, specifically on Saturdays by 12 pm.

Bonus Points:

The income is based on Bonus points earned by distributors through their product purchases.

Conditions for Income:

To be eligible for the DSDP plan, Rebromax Distributors must meet certain conditions:

a. They must have 1000 Bonus points of their own to qualify for genealogy income.

b. If they have 1000 Bonus points on the first day of the month, they are eligible for income for the entire month, including downline (Genealogy) commissions.

c. Those who accumulate 1000 Bonus points by the end of the month will be paid for the last week of the month. Income will be on hold until the 1000 Bonus points are achieved.

DSDP Calculation:

DSDP income is calculated based only on the Bonus points of distributors themselves and the cumulative Bonus points of their downlines (Genealogy).

Product Purchase:

Rebromax distributors are encouraged to buy and sell products based on Bonus points for distribution purposes.

Purchase Options:

Distributors can choose to buy products based on Bonus points by either downloading the price list from the Rebromax website or by visiting nearby Rebromax stores.

Income Verification:

Distributors can verify their daily income through their genealogy on the company website by logging in with their user ID.

TDS Deduction:

TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) will be deducted from DSDP income in compliance with income tax laws.

E-WALLET:

Rebromax distributors will receive 5% of their income in their E- WALLET, which can be used for repurchasing products. This is applicable for DSDP income greater than Rs. 1000.

Income Holding:

Distributors earning more than one lakh rupees per week will have 10% of their income held back. They will receive 10% in their E-WALLET.

Bonus Points Conversion:

For product purchases under the DSDP scheme, 100 Bonus points are considered as one UNIT. If less than 100 Bonus points are earned in a month, they will accumulate until 100 Bonus points are achieved and income will be calculated.

Lapse of Accumulated Points:

Bonus points that are not converted within 90 days (e.g., 95BP, 80BP) through repurchases will lapse.

Maximum Daily Income:

Rebromax Distributors can earn a maximum of one lakh rupees as daily income in the DSDP scheme.

RETAIL PROFIT

The difference between the Maximum Retail Price (MRP) and the Distributor price (DP) is the Retail Profit.

Hence, MRP – DP = RETAIL PROFIT

Note: (Profit percentage may vary according to the product)

Here, the distributor can buy for own consumption or buy for selling the product.

BONUS POINTS (BP):

Distributors can acquire products for personal consumption, and the Bonus Point value will be considered in the calculation of income for the DSDP (Daily Sales Daily Payout) compensation plan

Example: Provisions purchased for personal use at home.

POINT VALUE (PV):

Each Rebromax product is assigned a Point Value (PV) for the calculation of compensation income. The PV may vary from product to product.

TRADING POINTS (TP):

In this case, distributors can either consume the products or refer them to others to accumulate trading points.

Note: DSDP Income will be calculated on a daily basis, considering both the distributor's own purchases and the downline's purchase/sales of BP (Bonus Point) products exclusively. Payouts for the respective week will be issued on Sundays.

Compensation plan income will be calculated on a monthly basis, taking into account Point Value (PV) + Trading Points (TP). However, designations and the royalty fund will be determined solely based on Point Value (PV). Payouts for this income will be processed in the first week of every month.

1. SPONSOR INCOME:

A distributor who sponsors directly another` distributor under his downline will get sponsor income.

A distributor can refer as many distributors as he/she can under his downline.

These distributors under him purchase products for their own or to sell products to others will get PV, BP and TP for them as well as to their sponsor.

Example:

  • M1 - 1500 PV – 10 % = 150
  • M2 - 3000 PV = 300
  • M3 - 8000 PV = 800
  • M4 - 15000 PV = 1500
  • M5 - 50000 PV = 5000

U will get income of TOTAL = 7750

2. PERFORMANCE INCOME

Rebromax distributor and under his downline (group) PV, BP and TP points will be taken into consideration for performance bonus. The gap commission between own PV and the group PV will be calculated for the performance bonus. The performance bonus will be in the range of 5– 23 % on the total point value.

3. TEAM BUILDING BONUS:

A Rebromax distributor and his downline group accumulated PV can split into two groups and the mathching points between the strong leg group and the weak leg group taken for team building bonus calculation.

4. MENTORSHIP BONUS:

When a distributor and his direct downline are equal in performance incentive percentage, then instead of performance bonus, distributor will get mentorship bonus on single leg with five levels.

5. LEADERSHIP BONUS:

It is based on the performance bonus obtained by the distributor and the calculation is taken for four generations of the distributor.

6. ROYALTY FUNDS:

It is calculated on the basis of total business of the distributor and his downline.

The distributor will get designation and the promotion.

Based on the designation and promotion, the distributor will get royalty fund. This royalty fund will be given to those who has been designated as Diamond Distributor and above.

REBROMAX’S ROYALTY SELECTION PROGRAMME

For the First time in India Rebromax’s “Royalty Selection Programmed” concept is introduced enabling its members to attain excellent growth within a short span of time. This is the First Unique and Innovative royalty selection programme offered in India by us. Under this selection programme Rebromax distributers will earn various income under various categories.

Rebromax royalty selection programme is a unique and innovative one. It is held mainly to enhance the business volume of the distributor and royalty income is generated on the basis of First Come Best score (FCBS) pattern.

Terms and Conditions to participate in the royalty program

  • The distributor should have introduced at least 6 members either directly or indirectly to the Rebromax company
  • The distributor should have minimum own personal point value 1500 PV on his account.
  • The distributor shall join Royalty selection programme in two ways

(I) REBROMAX’S (Company) Royalty Programme

Company Royalty programme is a common programme held for all distributors of Rebromax. It is held for all products and those distributors who become eligible shall participate in this Company Royalty Programme This will be held monthly next to the sales month i.e.. jan 1st to 31st sales volume to be in Feb, Feb in March so on.

(II) Product Royalty Programme

Product Royalty Programme is a programme held for a particular product. The distributor who had purchased a product shall take participate only on the same product’s royalty programme which is held exclusively for that product. The said product’s royalty programme will only be held once the estimated minimum monthly business volume of the said product is met out achieved. This will be held monthly next to the sales month i.e.. jan 1st to 31st sales volume to be in Feb, Feb in March so on.

Rebromax will issue physical or digital coupon to their eligible distributors via post, courier, personal delivery, sms, whatsup, email. Such coupon will have the coupon issue date and the Login date. The distributor has to login the coupon on the login date and the selection is on the basis of First Come Best score (FCBS) pattern.
